By having me do your quilt, it is understood that you agree to my terms and conditions. Every care is taken to ensure the best results, however I do not take responsibility for any unforeseen machine malfunction or problems that may occur, and which may result in damage to your quilt. I promise to treat your quilt as if it were my own, and to take the utmost care during quilting. If, for some reason, you are not happy with the finished job, you are still liable to pay the quoted price to cover my time, plus the machine running time and thread used. No refunds or credits will be given for trivial claims, or if you change your mind later on and decide you do not like the design chosen once it has been quilted. Also, unless you instruct otherwise, I reserve the right to publish photographs of your quilting for advertising purposes.
